Useful diagnostics, without asking for your clipboard.

Open Settings, confirm the recall shortcut, and check whether another app owns the same combination. The default is Shift-Command-C. Global recall does not require Accessibility.

This is the expected safe fallback when Accessibility is not granted. Press Command-V to paste, or use the in-app permission action if you want one-key delivery.

Check capture pause, app exclusions, protected types, high-signal secret detection, payload limits, and retention. A large item may remain ready on the system clipboard even when Clip 4 Breakfast does not retain it.
